The Carlos Serinidad Orchestra is a fictional orchestra on F is for Family.
The Murphy's own their album, Strings for a Lazy Afternoon. When Kevin was little, Frank and Sue would play the album every Sunday after dinner. For this reason, the album holds a great significance to Kevin. The cover causes him to remember his dad telling him he'd always love him, and motivated him to start passing his classes. He also plays the album while anticipating the loss of his virginity. When Kevin moved to the cellar, he seems to have moved the record from the family room to his own personal collection.
Frank and Sue also have an attachment to the album, as they were touched when they came home to Kevin playing it.
