I will GET you! YOUR MELTED ASS IS MINE!

—Lou Gagliardi threatening about Bob Pogo's escaping from the grave.

Louis "Snub Nose Louie" Gagliardi (died 1974) is a caporegime of the Rustvale Mafia. He serves as president of the International Brotherhood of Baggage Handlers, Skycaps, Roadies and Circus Roustabouts; as well as the current owner of Captain Chucklethrust's. He serves as one of the two antagonists (alongside Mayor Anthony Tangenti) in the fifth and final season of 'F is for Family.' He is voiced by Joe Buck.

Character[]

Louis is a parody of a character from Italian mafia T.V. show of the late 90's early 2000's, Paulie Gaultieri from The Sopranos. He is planning on re-inventing Captain Chucklecrust's (a parody of Chuck E. Cheese's) into a cabaret nightclub. He deals with minor inconveniences in an over the top and violent way, such as when one of the animatronic animals in the restaurant went off, he shoots it and breaks its neck, using a pizza box as a silencer. He also pulled his gun on Roger Dunbarton when the brawl breaks out at the deal signing.

Louis presumably works as a baggage handler, skycap, roadie or circus roustabout, considering he is president of their union.

He is apparently sleeping with his male limo driver, Gary.

Although he remains unseen, the fourth season involves Sue's baby shower held at a restaurant called "Mama Gagliardi's", which clearly refers to Louis's mother.

Louis becomes the primary antagonist in Season 5. He sells the failed Captain Chucklethrust's to Bob Pogo, in order for the latter to open his dream restaurant selling fried chicken skin. After Mayor Tangenti inadvertently burns down the restaurant, Pogo becomes a target for Louis and his henchmen because he owes them $1000 for the restaurant. He was also funding the future Joseph Valachi Tollway, which would be constructed in the 12th Ward and displace Rosie and the rest of Rustvale's black community. He is killed in the show finale "Bye Bye, Frankie", after he is crushed by a speaker tower along with Tangenti, having built the speaker tower without installing the proper nuts in order to skimp on the costs.
